SAVE THE DATE: The Annual River Ridge Ranch Landowners meeting is scheduled for Saturday, April 20, 2024, 10am-4pm at the Eagles Hall 614 Main St, Walsenburg, CO 81089.
ANNUAL MAILING: A mailing is in the works and should drop in the mail by March 1. The packet will include an Annual Report from the Board of Managers, dues invoice for 2024, official meeting notices and information about the covenant consolidation efforts.
The covenant consolidation vote will take place at the April landowner meeting. (There is a direct proxy process so ALL landowners will have the opportunity to vote whether they are present or not)
ONLINE BROADCAST: Since many landowners are unable to attend the meeting, we will be broadcasting the meeting online through Google Meet and accessible on the new Ranch website.
